I've been AWOL for a long time. The past year has been horrible to say the least. I was in the hospital because I was not fueling my body with proper food.
Although, I was not anorexic or bulimic I was not in a good place emotionally. It was years of belittling myself and obsessing about my weight/image that got me to this place where I was not eating enough food and exercising excessively.
I lost sight of things that mattered most like my family and my health.
So to start this year of I will try to be more healthy-mentally and physically.
I am going to be more proactive and start reading books, reviewing and connecting with the book blogging community which I find is very therapeutic.
With the help of my sister I plan on blogging more about books, T.V. shows, and movies. I miss the bogging community and I hope to become more involved.
